RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from the sealed state to the end, with no cuts, edits, or filters. Requests without proper video evidence will be declined. Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for refunds. If your return is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition along with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes. Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the bank account used for the purchase.
