At mellede, we ship all orders through trusted partners: India Post and DTDC. Both domestic and international shipments are fulfilled through these courier services.

Domestic Shipping Timeline

Orders placed within India usually reach you within 3–10 days, depending on your location.

Please ensure that you enter your complete and accurate address along with a working phone number. The delivery agent may contact you during delivery, so kindly stay attentive to calls. If a package is returned to us due to missed calls, incorrect address or unavailability, you will need to pay the shipping fee again (₹50) for re-dispatch. Refunds are not provided in such cases.

Customers from North, West, or East India may experience slightly longer delivery times as shipments are dispatched from Kerala.

Order Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive your tracking ID. Please track your parcel regularly, as we rely on third-party couriers and do not operate our own logistics network like Amazon/Flipkart. After dispatch, tracking your shipment becomes your responsibility.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any complaint regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items, a full unboxing video is compulsory.

Your video must:

• Begin by showing the parcel 360°
• Be recorded in a single take with no cuts, edits, or trimming

Complaints without a proper unboxing video will be declined without exception.

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or courier network issues. We appreciate your understanding.

Urgent Orders

If you need your order delivered urgently, please inform us in advance through WhatsApp: (+91) 7994466929, mentioning your expected delivery date. If a private courier is required, the shipping charge may vary.

• Domestic: ₹50 across India
• International: Starting at ₹600

International orders are accepted only through Instagram DMs or WhatsApp (+91 7994466929) due to variable shipping rates. Additional fees may apply based on package weight and the destination country.

Important Notes

• Ensure your PIN code and contact number are correct. If a parcel returns due to incorrect details, you must pay shipping charges again for resending.
• Once your order is submitted, mellede cannot modify order details, as our team processes dispatches quickly.
